Our take
I ordered this foam for a DIY sofa cushion replacement, and I'm impressed with the firmness. At 48lb ILD, it's definitely on the firmer side, which is great for support. The 6-inch thickness provides a nice plush feel without being too soft. I appreciate that it's made in the USA and CertiPUR-US certified, so I feel good about the quality. However, it's worth noting that this foam is quite dense and heavy, so cutting it to size required some effort. Also, the white color won't matter once it's covered. Overall, a solid choice for replacement cushions.
