This is a premium home theater seat and it shows. The top grain leather feels luxurious and should age well. The seat is firm but supportive, though at 21 inches deep it's not the most lounging-friendly. The 300 lb weight capacity is reassuring. My only complaint is the price—it's an investment. Also, the width is fixed at 86 inches, so measure your space. Overall, for a dedicated theater room, this is top-notch.
